Memo To: All Owners/Tenants August 2013

RE: Trash Disposal

In an effort to keep our complex clean and sanitary we are sending this memo to all owners and tenants of Evanston Estates.

There are four sites for trash disposal on the complex grounds:

-Two trash cans on Incline Dr. in front of units 41-44.

-Two trash cans on Incline Dr. in front of units 115-118.

-Three trash cans off of Incline Dr. in front of units 127-130.

-Two trash cans on 8th St. in front of units 901-907.

Tthere is no need to overfill any of the trash cans. The trash collection people will not pick up any trash that has fallen or been placed on the ground.

Large items such as wood, TV dishes, furniture and etc. are to be taken to the city dump.

Location directions:

-Hwy 89 north 5 miles

-on right side is a small green sign that says Landfill

-take a right and you will see a large white sign that also says Landfill

-disposal site is 2 miles down that road

If your children are going to take the trash to the cans they must be able to lift/close the trash lid and be tall and strong enough to place the trash in the cans securely.

Do not remove the trash can lids or turn the cans to face any direction except the street. These cans belong to the City of Evanston and each of us pays for the trash service pickup.

The city of Evanston does have a recycle site, Uinta Recycling Inc, that takes boxes, papers, glass and metal/aluminum items.

Location: 100 China Mary Rd

-take 9th street, past Front street, go under overpass and turn left

-the site is on the left

Hours Monday-Friday 10am-6pm, Saturday 10am-4pm

Walmart recycles all plastic items. There are boxes just inside each door to place your items. Open 24 hours daily.
