The most recent Board Meeting was held on June 7th of 2012. We will be providing those notes after they are approved by the board in the July 5h Board Meeting.

The Board Meeting scheduled for May 3rd of 2012 was cancelled due to lack of attendance. Therefore there are no notes for that month.
